Our offerings are not a substitute for therapy or counseling. Our offerings are tools to support whatever journey you are on. Your journey might include other modalities. Katrina knows from her own lived experience that a top-down appraoch (mental, intellectual, talk-based) does work, but not on its own. Therapy is a non-negotiable for Katrina. But so is a daily bottom-up approach (somatic, embodied, movement-based). You need to work with the library of stories and emotions your body is holding for you in conjunction with reflecting on and talking about them. 

Katrina emphatically believes that it is when you combine bottom-up (yoga, mudras, movement practices) and top-down (counseling, talk-therapy, etc.) to meet in the middle at the heart that is when true healing happens. 

Our team encourages you to practice our offerings and to layer in whatever tools help you stay heart-centered with them.
